A little piece of Amsterdam, on a Riga street corner.
Our founders fell in love with the Dutch fry restaurant culture while wandering the streets of Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam — small counters, long queues, and that unmistakable warm paper cone of perfectly crisp fries.
We wanted the same feeling in Latvia: the atmosphere, the quality of the potatoes, the generous spoon of homemade sauce, the relaxed way people gather around good, honest food.
Today, we're proud to be the first restaurant of its kind in Riga — a small tribute to a big food culture.
